Position: Customer Management Executive (Part-Time)
Job Nature: Part-Time (Evening shift work from home)
Office Hours: 6 PM – 12 AM
We are looking for a “Customer Management Executive (Part-Time)” whose main responsibility will be to provide chat support to our customers and update basic customer records in Google Sheets.
– Provide customer support through our Instant Messaging and helpdesk software.
– Manage and Organize customer subscriptions and maintain the database.
– Perform daily assigned tasks as per instruction of Supervisor.
– Occasionally working with the Marketing and Development team to convey customers feedback and strategies.
Note: Need to attend training for the first 7 working days at the office.
– We will train you how to do these tasks properly to make things easier and efficient.
– English proficiency, specially in writing ***
– Good knowledge on Social Media & Internet Communication **
– Excellent communication skills & Good typing speed ***
– Need to have personal computer & Smartphone***
– Broad-Minded and Well-Mannered
– Ability to work under pressure
– Age 18 to 30**
