Territory Manager

Job Description/ Responsibility-

– Necessary number of visits in a month at each retailer outlet and guide / mentor the DSRs reporting into them
– Train the DSRs and supervise their day to day activities
– Ensure coverage & availability as per the norms and handle and resolve problems at outlet level
– Communicate the new promotional schemes to the retailer and distributors
– Report the presence of spurious products in the area and inform the ASM about them
– Monitor distributor stocks (in terms of adherence to stock norms – FIFO, stacking norm etc.)
– Ensure timely payments (RTGS) from the distributor.
– Perform primary sales order management and have an overall responsibility of verifying the secondary sales data supplied by DSR during market visits
– Conduct and check stock at the distributor and verify documents during his visit
– Have an overall responsibility of capturing secondary sales and ensure correctness of secondary sales data captured by DSR
– To achieve volume sales of products and ensure visibility of the product
– Check distributor level debit notes and forward for approval
– Prepare reports for assess distributor performance and motivate them to invest and take bigger target for business
– Communicate the new promotional schemes to the retailer and distributors
– Classify the retail outlets as Gold/Silver/Platinum

Job Requirements

– Age 24 to 34 year(s)
– Eager to learn and grow with the organization.
– Willing to go the extra mile to achieve the target.
– Minimum idea about basic MS word, Excel, PPT and outlook
– Help distributors to plan for stocks and getting orders executed from Depots on time
– Hold meeting with the retailer and refine merchandising and placement plan based on his performance
– Take responsibility of activation and BTL activities at the PoS:
– Local .coordination with activation agencies
– Merchandising / POS implementation as per plan
– Consumer activation (sampling, convert activities)

Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 35,000
